Garnier Micellar Water Review

I’d thought id take a moment to review the Garnier Micellar Water as Micellar Cleansing waters have become so popular lately. I’ve heard so many fab reviews of this product so I had to buy it for myself to see what all the hype was about. I purchased this 400ml bottle from Boots for £4.99, although you can get cheaper bottles which are much smaller. I went for the bigger bottle as I knew I would be using it everyday to take my makeup off, and I just knew it was going to be amazing!

From this 4ooml bottle you can apparently get 200 uses out of it, and to my surprise I actually believe it. I’ve had this bottle for 2 months now and this is how much it has gone down. I have honestly used it nearly everyday and it’s still near enough full. Another brilliant point about this product is that it contains no perfume or alcohol, which means it is brilliant for people with sensitive skin. Usually when I take my makeup off with wipes my eyes tend to get irritated, however with this product taking eye makeup off has never been so easier. I’d say this product takes away 95% of my makeup, as sometimes a tiny bit of mascara is still on my eyes, but aside from that it really does do a good job of removing my makeup quickly and easily. This formula doesn’t leave my skin feeling sticky, instead it leaves my skin feeling extremely soft and cleansed.

If you’re wondering how this product works then I will now tell you. Basically the Micellar water has cleansing agents in it called micelles which capture all the impurities out of your skin. It works like a magnet and lifts away all the dirt from the skin. So that is why this product is amazing and unlike any other.

To use this product is simply apply a small amount to a cotton pad and rub across my whole face. Although sometimes one cotton pad isn’t enough depending on how much makeup you have on, so just keep changing cotton pads until no makeup is coming off your face. Make sure you use a separate cotton pad to take off your eye makeup, so you aren’t putting the impurities from your face into your eyes. You don’t have to do this, but I do just to make sure my eyes don’t get irritated. Because there is nothing worse than irritated eyes!

So basically this product is now my holy grail makeup remover and cleanser. I honestly can’t recommend this product enough to you, If I was you I would do what I did and try this product for yourself to see what they hype is about. Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed. When I do finally run out of this product (which I don’t see being anytime soon) I will definitely be purchasing again.

Thankyou for reading my post, and If you have any questions please leave them below and I will answer to them. Also if you have already tried this product let me know how you felt about it, or if you have used a product you think is better than this let me know as I’m always up for trying something new!
