Urban Decay LIT Naked Illuminated Shimmering Powder – Review

Every girl who loves make-up knows that Urban Decay is such an amazing brand. Recently I’ve purchased the Urban Decay Naked Illuminated Shimmering Powder in shade LIT.

Although this is from Sephora in Las Vegas and I’m not sure whether this shade is sold in the UK yet. If you know me then you will know that I have an obsession with highlighters and illuminators and anything that will give me a fab glow! This Urban Decay product is insane!!! It is described as a “soft bronze shimmer with golden bronze sparkle”.

I’ve been using it for the past month now and I am obsessed. I apply it to my cheekbones, but the product has such an amazing glow that you can even use it on your brow bone for a gorgeous sheen look or even to define your collar bones. However this product is quite glittery, but I love it. The added glitter gives it such an amazing shimmer. The colour of the powder also gives you an amazing warm glow which can suit every skin tone. Another good point about this product is that it is highly pigmented!

Just remember when using this product to tap the excess powder of the brush before dusting the powder onto the skin. I made that mistake when I first used this product, and I had a massive brown shimmer on my face which didn’t look very pretty. The texture of this product is very thin, lightweight and is easily blendable on the cheeks. The colour also lasts all day for me and doesn’t even fade.

This Urban Decay LIT Illuminated  Shimmering Powder is definitely worth the money. If you love having illuminated glowy skin then this product is for you.
